The sound of the gong
Sound therapy on the sound bed, as an individual or couples treatment, is a truly special experience! Many instruments are used, from singing bowls placed on the body, to numerous gongs, and even the didgeridoo, which is played directly into the sound bed. The sound bed itself is used, along with other high-vibrational instruments, to conclude the session.

White Tsunami
It is an intensive form of gong playing known as White Tsunami Gong Meditation. This requires prior physical preparation through targeted yoga practice or movement meditation. In the first phase of gong playing, physical blockages are stimulated and often released through resonance. As the session progresses, deeper levels and pathways of our consciousness can be reached, clarified, and expanded.
In this way, the gong can, in a trance-like form, bring forth “the most pleasant spheres of a completely new perception” but also, in individual cases, “the quiet weeping of psychic levels” and overwrite it with a healing new vibration.
This is the origin of the old name: "Healing Gong Meditation".
Specific personal hindering patterns, which one can often only address with yoga alone after years of practice, can be resolved much faster with this support, sometimes in a single gong meditation.
The Gong Sound Journey
It acts like a deep and long-lasting massage, the aim of which is to bring the physical body, mind and soul back into harmony through the healing effect of the diverse frequencies of the ancient overtone instruments. While lying down, the flow of the various sounds is directed down to the cellular level. This revitalizes body and mind. The mind recedes.
The vibrations of the different frequencies permeate the entire body like a sonic tsunami, transforming tension and negativity, dissolving chaos and resistance, and restoring balance and tranquility. Additional sound instruments create a harmonious atmosphere and complete the sonic journey.
