White Tsunami

It is an intensive form of gong playing known as White Tsunami Gong Meditation. This requires prior physical preparation through targeted yoga practice or movement meditation. In the first phase of gong playing, physical blockages are stimulated and often released through resonance. As the session progresses, deeper levels and pathways of our consciousness can be reached, clarified, and expanded.

In this way, the gong can, in a trance-like form, bring forth “the most pleasant spheres of a completely new perception” but also, in individual cases, “the quiet weeping of psychic levels” and overwrite it with a healing new vibration.

This is the origin of the old name: "Healing Gong Meditation".

Specific personal hindering patterns, which one can often only address with yoga alone after years of practice, can be resolved much faster with this support, sometimes in a single gong meditation.

The Gong Sound Journey

It acts like a deep and long-lasting massage, the aim of which is to bring the physical body, mind and soul back into harmony through the healing effect of the diverse frequencies of the ancient overtone instruments. While lying down, the flow of the various sounds is directed down to the cellular level. This revitalizes body and mind. The mind recedes.

The vibrations of the different frequencies permeate the entire body like a sonic tsunami, transforming tension and negativity, dissolving chaos and resistance, and restoring balance and tranquility. Additional sound instruments create a harmonious atmosphere and complete the sonic journey.

Duration: approx. 2 hours

Didgeridoo ...

The effect of the didgeridoo on body, mind and soul!

Healing secrets of the Aborigines - The healing didgeridoo! The resonating wooden tube is, in the traditional sense, a sacred object used by the Aborigines in ceremonies. It is primarily used to treat the subtle bodies. Every illness or discomfort indicates an imbalance in the energy field. The didgeridoo possesses a special vibration that corresponds to a specific archetypal pattern designed by the "Great Beings of Creation".
A diseased body part, whose energy flow is blocked, or whose inherent energy or force field is disturbed or pulsating too weakly, can be healed by the primal sound of the didgeridoo. This means that the imbalanced energy pattern of a particular body part can be restored through the tonal vibrations of the didgeridoo.
The Aborigines say that the didgeridoo is the voice of Mother Earth, who, with her mysterious and loving embrace, absorbs the illness and releases the person back into a healthy state.

Various possibilities and effects of didgeridoo sound massage:

In circular, flowing movements at a distance of 15-30 cm, during which the body is played with.
While the person lies on a sound bed, music is played into its hollow space.
The sound bed serves as a resonating body, which amplifies the vibrations and transmits them to the body.
Placing the didgeridoo directly on the affected parts of the body.

First, a pleasantly warm and relaxing sensation arises throughout the body. After a short time, breathing may shift in the abdominal area and become more noticeable, resulting in deep relaxation. Clients suffering from physical ailments can feel precisely where the vibration spreads and where it is absent. The extended time spent in the sound bed allows the body and mind to open up and relax simultaneously.
The didgeridoo can then be placed directly on areas that are blocked or painful. Often, these areas feel warmer when played, or the vibrations are intensely felt. Experience has shown that playing the didgeridoo on painful parts of the body can bring up emotions such as dreams or an unresolved situation that led to the blockage. This can help release tension and alleviate pain.
